Arise magazine is a brand new vibrant youthful magazine created by a group of young and passionate individuals. A God given vision used to inspire young people to use their talent creatively. It's a Bi monthly magazine that hopes to inspire, unite and encourage young people not just in the church but also across the world.

 

We have a team of fourteen who work on the magazine with David Wurie being our chief editor.

 

The whole concept of the Youth orientated magazine came from Natalie Casey who is the general overseer for the entire publication. Natalie feels strongly about the growth of young people within the church and feels that they have so much to offer and believes that this project will help enhance young people’s desire to serve God.

 

Although the magazine is a Christian based magazine we feel that we cater to all and also have content valuable to non-believers.

 

We aim to reach out to those young people most in need with real life experiences, testimonies and in need of support and encouragement.

 

The team is made out of youths who attend the Deptford district under the New Testament church of God. The young people involved attend the four churches within the district, which are: Rochester, Deptford, Gateway and Chrisma.
